From Toronto via the Gardiner Expressway:

Take the Gardiner to the QEW. Exit at Mississauga Rd.  Go south to Lakeshore Rd W. Turn west onto Lakeshore Rd. The Gallery is on the north side of Lakeshore, just past Meadow Wood Road. Free parking available, side entrance.

From Highway 401: 

Take the 401 to Highway 427. Go south to the QEW exit. Exit at Mississauga Rd.  Go south to Lakeshore Rd West. Turn west onto Lakeshore Rd. The Gallery is on the north side of Lakeshore, just past Meadow Wood Road. Free parking available, side entrance.

Take the QEW East to Royal Windsor Rd. Royal Windsor Rd becomes Lakeshore Rd West at Southdown Road. The Gallery is on the north side of Lakeshore, just past Clarkson Rd South. Free parking available, side entrance.
